Synthetic Aperture Sonar / Edgetech 4400
The EdgeTech 4400-SAS digital sidescan systems is manufactured by EdgeTech Inc., of Massachusetts and Florida. The 4400-SAS, which uses the Synthetic Aperture Sonar processing tool PROSAS, produces 120KHz high-resolution digital sidescan data over approximately a 500-meter swath.
OIC supports post-acquisition processing and mosaicking of data from the
4400-SAS
systems via OIC CleanSweep.
