Analog Sidescan Sonars/ Wesmar
Sensors Supported:
The SHD700SS dual-frequency (107 or 300 KHz) Side Scan sonar is made by Western Marine
Electronics (WESMAR), of Woodinville, Washington. The system consists of a compact,
simple to operate console, an easily transportable, no-winch tow fish, and all accessory
equipment, such as
Kevlar-reinforced cable, tow bar, ballast, and lead weight.
OIC supports the WESMAR sidescan (analog output) via GeoDAS-GA, providing a full control, logging and real-time processing solution. For details, see the GeoDAS section.
